  1. Auto-unpin on "Show until" — set a near-past/near-future date and confirm the post unpins itself automatically when the date passes, without manual action
  2. Home announcements block — confirm it appears after publishing, and that clicking it opens the actual post on the forum (per the approved approach — no separate detail page on the portal)
  3. Separation from Community Updates — Announcements posts must NOT also appear in the Community Updates block on Home
  4. Author attribution — both the forum post and the Home block should show the real person's name (e.g. "Nataly Vn"), not "Admin" / "Performance Portal"
  5. Posting permissions — confirm a regular center user (not 4US) cannot publish a post in the Announcements category
  6. No announcements published yet — Home should not render an empty announcements block before the first post is published
  7. Unread badge on the Community nav item — appears on new announcement, updates/clears after reading
  8. Read state is per user — log in as two different users from the same center and confirm each has their own unread status
  9. No email notifications — confirm nothing is sent by email when an Announcement is published
